All of our items are custom-made, so please allow 7-10 business days for order processing and production before shipping. Processing time may vary based on order volume or design complexity.

Shipping Time & Rates

Shipping time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and shipping option chosen.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carriers (e.g., weather, holidays, or operational issues)

  • Customs or international clearance (for global shipments)

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at the time of purchase.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days with photos of the product and packaging. If your package is lost in transit, we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but we are not responsible for lost packages once marked as delivered.
